Realistic Timeframes: Honest About Capabilities

Here's what can realistically be done in 1 day:

• Translation of 1–3 standard documents (passport, certificate, diploma) — completed from 1 hour.
• Notarial certification — same day, if done before the notary closes (usually by 17:00–18:00).
• Translation of 5–10 pages of text — from 4 hours depending on complexity.
• Apostille — cannot be expedited. Apostille timelines are set by the government authority — minimum 1 business day.

How to Place an Urgent Order

Call first — don't send documents by email without a prior phone call. We need to confirm that we have a translator with the right specialisation available.

Specify a clear deadline — "urgent" and "by 16:00" are different things.

Have your documents ready — scan or original. Time waiting for documents from you is not our time.

Stay reachable — clarifying questions may arise during urgent orders.

Situations Where We Cannot Help Urgently
