A diploma translation is needed when confirming qualifications for work abroad, enrolling at a foreign university or getting a diploma recognised (nostrification) in another country.
When going to work or study abroad, the diploma must be translated and notarially certified. For most countries (Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Canada, USA) an apostille is also required.
Along with the diploma, the supplement (transcript) is usually translated — it contains the list of subjects and grades, which is important for employers and universities.
