Certified translations of Ukrainian divorce certificates and court decisions for USCIS, Home Office, IRCC
A certified translation of a Ukrainian divorce certificate or court decision dissolving a marriage is required to prove that a previous marriage has ended — a key step before a new marriage abroad, a spouse-based visa application or a name change. We provide certified translations accepted by USCIS, the UK Home Office, IRCC and other authorities.
Foreign immigration and registry offices almost always require documentary proof that any previous marriage has ended before a new spouse-based application can move forward. For USCIS Form I-130 and I-485, UK Home Office Spouse Visa applications, and IRCC sponsorships, the divorce certificate (or court decision on dissolution of marriage) must be submitted with a certified English translation.
Each translation is issued together with a signed and stamped certificate of accuracy that satisfies the certification requirements of USCIS (8 CFR 103.2(b)(3)), the UK Home Office, IRCC and similar bodies. When the destination country also requires authentication, we arrange the apostille on the original Ukrainian document and translate it.
We work with both modern divorce certificates issued by RAGS / DRACS and older court decisions, including documents from any oblast of Ukraine.
