Certified translations of Ukrainian death certificates for probate, insurance, pension and immigration purposes
A certified translation of a Ukrainian death certificate is needed for probate proceedings, insurance and pension claims, closure of bank accounts abroad, and a number of immigration and family-status filings. We provide certified translations accepted by USCIS, the UK Home Office, IRCC and other authorities.
Foreign probate courts, insurance companies and pension funds will not act on a Ukrainian death certificate without a certified English translation. The same applies to spouse-based and family-based immigration applications where the death of a previous spouse must be evidenced — for USCIS, the UK Home Office, IRCC or other authorities.
Each translation is delivered together with a signed and stamped certificate of accuracy that meets the certification requirements of USCIS (8 CFR 103.2(b)(3)), the UK Home Office, IRCC, the Australian Department of Home Affairs and similar bodies. When the destination authority requires it, we also arrange the apostille on the original Ukrainian certificate and translate it.
We understand that requesting this kind of translation often comes during a difficult time. We handle each request quickly, accurately and with complete confidentiality.
